If you can retrieve the broken part of the key from the lock, do so. One method is to use a key extraction tool, which you should be able to find online.
If you are unable to remove the key, you will need to call a locksmith to remove it. Please, do not attempt to drill it out! Do not attempt to open the lock using the broken key or you could force the broken part deeper.
Once the core is clear, you can order replacement keys. Look for the SKS code number on the part of the key that attaches to your key ring. Keys can be ordered from your local dealer , directly from us. Keys are $4.50.
