To reduce tent condensation, keep the following in mind.
- Location.
- Ventilation.
- Orientation.
Trees are your friends. Set up under trees to reduce condensation.
Make use of all the ventilation flaps the tent provides.
Minimize the contact between Rain fly and tent body.
Orient flaps, not main door in the direction of some wind to aid ventilation.
Don’t bring hot beverages into your tent.
Do not store wet clothes or towels to dry in your tent.
Cook away from the tent to reduce moisture from finding its way into the tent.
Air out your tent before putting it away.
Keeping your tent dry will also prevent mold and increase the lifespan your tent.
