Yakima discontinued the Q-Tower system and began replacing it with the BaseLine System in 2016. Most vehicles from model year 2016 and newer use the BaseLine System instead of Q-Towers.
How do I find a Q-Tower fit for my vehicle?
Search for your vehicle in the Yakima Advanced Fit Guide. If a Q-Tower fit was available, it will appear under Historical Fits. The fit information will identify the Q-Clips and other components originally required for the vehicle.
Which vehicles are compatible with my Q-Clips?
Download the attached Q-Clip compatibility spreadsheet to see which vehicles use each Q-Clip. Many vehicles require different clips for the front and rear crossbars, so be sure to verify both clip numbers.
Where can I find replacement Q-Clips?
Because Q-Clips are discontinued, availability is limited. Check with a local Yakima dealer or one of our online retailers. Used or remaining inventory may also be available through third-party marketplaces such as eBay.
